With BOGE Connect, you gain access to intelligent, Industry 4.0-ready compressed air management. The platform continuously monitors your system, identifying potential irregularities and offering efficiency improvements before issues impact performance – for all compressed air systems, not just BOGE.  

By detecting irregularities and issuing warnings before faults occur, the system helps prevent downtime and ensures reliable operation. It can even recommend adjustments to improve energy efficiency across your compressors. 

BOGE Connect helps lower operating expenses, streamline maintenance administration, and reduce the likelihood of unplanned downtime. Its coverage extends beyond compressors, providing complete visibility and control over every component in your compressed air system. 

What to expect from BOGE Connect

How it works  

Scan the QR code that’s on your BOGE system, and the relevant data will automatically load. If your system needs attention, BOGE Connect automatically sends out a notification to a service technician. They are then able to order any spare parts required and make an appointment.  

BOGE Connect automatically detects faults or irregularities in your compressed air system. Real-time data logging allows our service teams to identify potential issues as soon as they arise, triggering an immediate response from a service technician. The technician can act on this information remotely, reducing or even eliminating the need for a site visit. 

Optimised planning  

By logging all compressor activity and performance data through BOGE Connect, scheduling services and maintenance becomes straightforward. Consistent, regular maintenance reduces the likelihood of unexpected downtime. 

Seamless reporting  

With BOGE Connect, all compressor runtime and operational data is captured in real time. Access your compressor metrics in easy-to-understand reports.  

Predictive maintenance 

The BOGE Connect platform integrates effortlessly with smart devices and services. If a problem is identified, Air Supply Lancashire is automatically notified, allowing for rapid response, whether that means scheduling an emergency maintenance visit or bringing forward a service to prevent downtime. 

If you don’t have a BOGE air compressor, the BOGE Connect software can be connected through the gateway to compressors made by other manufacturers. All types of machines, old and new, can be connected.
